I'm not completely certain how to navigate this. Hah! As if I've known how to navigate any of it… But, this in particular. I have an almost unbearable need to be your rock, to be here for you, not just theoretically with my words, but in action… but I also know full well the realities of our situation.

But there's also a part of me that just needs to tell you how truly beautiful you are… to remind you that the unbelievable brightness emanating from your heart fills me with so very much warmth… To just tell you that I love you I love you I love you…

Sometimes… now… that need is overpowering. Whether it's the right time for it or not.

I have a feeling you don't mind too much… but… I'll try to follow your lead, as best I can. I know this is a difficult time for you. I don't want to become a burden when the truth is all I want to do is bring you comfort.

I love you, my hill by the lake. I am here for you, however you might need me.
